Suite was huge and modern with carpet. Essentials that you need, such as an iron, an electronic key card, and a work desk, were there. Location: the hotel was just off the train station, the center of the town and an old factory of tyres.

The hotel staff was very friendly as soon as we entered the hotel. They explained everything that was available to us without being asked and made sure to let us know they were available in case there were any problems. The room was very clean and very comfortable for our one night stay. The price of breakfast for what was served was quite cheap and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I am please with the price, the staff and the comfort of this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great stay at great value. Internet speed was great, hover we paid for 24 hour service and couldn't sign on the next morning before leaving. The clerk, Dominique was very understanding and only charged us the 6 hour fee instead.

The room was really nice and pretty quiet, plus it had a good shower, a hair dryer, and some large bath sheets. the bathroom was decent, and the beds were super comfy. 😌.

This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The location right beside the motorway was incredibly convenient, and we felt safe with the secure parking for our car. Plus, being dog-friendly made our stay even better. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and we loved the modern wall art in our room. The bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious. Despite being near the motorway, our room was surprisingly quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and the local feel of the hotel was impressive. The old factory building gave it a unique touch. Oh, and the heating and AC worked perfectly. We also appreciated the fast and reliable internet connection. the price-quality ratio of this hotel was unbeatable. Can't wait to come back!

This hotel surpassed our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices for such a well-maintained establishment. Secondly, the hotel staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always friendly and ready to assist with any requests we had. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were very convenient, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Finally, the location of the hotel by the local trains made it incredibly easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Getting to and from the centre of Dortmund was a breeze and only took around 15 to 20 minutes.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't fault a thing.

It was evident that the hotel had taken into consideration the needs of older guests.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is improved communication from the staff. Sometimes, the young staff members seemed a bit overwhelmed and could benefit from more training in customer service.

The breakfast assortment was great with a lot of options and high quality coffee. the hotel was conveniently located near the highway and included free private parking. the service provided by the staff was exceptional.

The room was quite small with hardly any space to move around, and didn't even have a chair or a table. the carpet on the floor was stained.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and we can say that the decorations were beautiful and gave us that special festive feeling. The breakfast was also quite good and offered a variety of options to choose from. The free parking was convenient and there was easy access to public transport.

The room was very small and cramped. We could hardly move around with our luggage and there wasn't any space to relax.
